Pancake Day

Happy Pancake Day all! Little late into it, but I made some pancakes for lunch and they were delicious.

Stack of american style pancakes, topped off with a heaping helping of strawberry jam.

If you look closely you can see the pancakey speedlines. Moving off the plate and into my mouth.

Unlike my usual British pancakes, I went with the taller American style ones. They came out great!
